If any electric or mechanical part of the desk malfunctions within 5 years, you will get a replacement part or complete new desk free of charge. The Direction Desk standard desk ships in 3 separate packages (2 boxes for the frame and 1 for the top) They all ship out on the same day and will ship within 2 days of your order. Standard transit times are 3-5 days. Expedited shipping available at checkout.

Q: Can you attach it adhesive strips? A: In theory, yes. Though this is not recommended.Q: If my desk is one inch how does it stay on if there is a 1 1/8″ opening? A: Washers are provided with the provide for those who have desks that are thinner than 1 1/8″.Q: Can this be cut to size? A: It is not recommended but it can be cut.Q: Do you have to put holes in your desk for this to work? A: Yes. Installing this product to your desk requires some screws the be inserted into the bottom-side of the desktop.Q: Do you make one that would work on a curved edge? A: Yes.
