Had a sharp edge on my WFH desk, it was hurting my forearms and leaving red marks. Ordered this and installed it and it is awesome! It’s tall enough to fit a desktop that is about 1-inch thick, mine is smaller but it’s not a problem.

I have recently been getting sharp wrist pains from being at the computer for 8+ hours for my job, plus school work on top of it. I realized it’s from the edge of my desk digging into my wrist/forearm. After discovering this product, I decided to give it a try. It wasn’t hard to install, just make sure your desk is 1-1/8” thick, otherwise it won’t fit. Fortunately, mine was exactly that. I didn’t use any washers for it because my desk was the exact thickness for this. If your desk is thinner, you can use up to two washers to make it fit. Anyways, my wrist/forearm feels like it is on a pillow with this installed now. Was a perfect solution to my setup and would recommend to anyone who is trying to avoid carpal tunnel/wrist problems. I give it 5/5 for being well designed, sturdy and pretty ergonomic.

I have a sit to stand desk with a normal square edge and it hits right at my wrist. I bought this for a softer edge. It would work great, but the mount piece is about 1/2in to big. So I would need a piece of wood etc to make to flush with the bottom of my desk. I may try to find a way to mount it anyways. But this does not fit all desk.

This desk edge protector is super soft and I’m sure it works for some desks but mine wasn’t 1.25″ as described.

My desk has sharp edges and my day would edge with red and hurting forearms. It definitely is worth every penny because now my forearms are resting comfortably on it. It is easy to install too.

I’m so surprised at how much of a help this little thing is. I love my standing desk and cabinet from this company, but I realized when my back pain went away from being able to sit and stand… my wrist and arm pain became more noticeable. Figured I’d give this a shot since it’s so cheap and I’m glad I did! It’s great for when I’m sitting or standing and it even looks good on my desk.

I would have absolutely loved this item if it fit my desk! My desk is 1/2” thick, whereas this item is for desks that are 1” thick. BE CAREFUL BEFORE YOU BUY- IF YOU WANT TO RETURN IT, YOU PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING (goodbye $20)

Feels great. Had to add small bolts to fill gap between the pad and my desk.

this is Such a great addition to my desk. I looked all over and could not find exactly this… till now. no more bulky wrist rest on my desk. its a nice firm but comfortable rubber with metal underplate. easy to install. I used some 1/8″ balsa wood instead of the washers and it worked out fantastic. (nothing wrong with the washers I just found this method easier and I had it handy.)…. great product I may buy another for my other desk.

Fit Perfectly on the desk and eliminated the sharp edge. Good quality material and craftsmanship

Installing this on a desk that only has a thickness of half an inch is quite difficult to do alone. The screws they provide are quite small and they only provide 6 washers. Be prepared to buy additional screws and/or washers if you don’t want it to rise off the desk a little bit. That said, I do have it rising off the top of the desk a little bit, and overall it feels pretty good. It’s secure and soft. I will update this if it doesn’t happen to help the pain in my arms from sitting at this desk 24/7.

This thing works great if your desk has sharp edges. If your desk is thinner than 1.125 inches you will need to shim the bottom to have a smooth edge. My desk is 1 inch thick. But a quick trip to the hardware store and a flat bar aluminum 1/8 x 3/4 x 36 shims it great.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for. Give you comfort, and saves your arms from those sharp corners. My desk was 1” thick, and this here is a better for for about 1 1/8” thick desk, but placing the washers that are included, and add a second one, on the under side will close that gap!

“Love it! Product shipped within the same day and arrived pretty quick. The armrest seems very high quality, durable, and it fit perfectly on my desk. Time will tell how much of an impact it has on the overall comfort-ability of my work station.. but so far so good!”

Really good product, well made, some minor QC and packing issues. If you use a shelf as a desktop or otherwise have a desk with a sharp edge, it makes a huge difference, and I haven’t seen much quite like it.Pros:• comfortable, sturdy• the rubberized washers are great• quick and friendly response from a rep• bolt-on (clamps are fine for a temporary solution, but this was far more desirable to me)Major cons:• noneMinor issues:• 9 holes, 7 washers, 6 screws ¯_(ツ)_/¯• …and the screws are cheap garbage• very loosely packaged• scratches on the painted metal (maybe returned?), see pics (1 very minor blemish in the visible part of the product, so this is not a huge deal)• had to supply my own nylon spacers to fill the gap for my 5/8” shelf (see pics)- fortunately I had these on hand or it would have been very frustrating (it is implied that the included washers will fill gaps, but they are about 2mm or 3/32”), would be nice if they included some sizing optionsOne other odd thing- I ordered the rigid, but they shipped the flexible (which took over 10 days). Seemed like it would still work fine so I kept it, and in talking with a rep from the company it sounds like they may be discontinuing the rigid for this reason (the flexible one works for both).

Perfect fit….had them installed in a few minutes.

All I know is my forearms love this thing. Very nice looking and made of nicely finished and comfortable material. I did break a screw head off by overtightening it. But it has four others and the metal bracket is sturdy so no issues with security to the desk even with that mistake by me.

Came in in time. Ita a little bigger than expected but it works.
