The Policy:
Direction Desk’s customer’s are allowed to exchange or get a full refund on any purchase for any reason as long as that purchase was delivered to customer within the past 30 days.
The Procedure:
Below is the step by step process for using our return and exchange policy if you are not satisfied with one of your purchases.
- Email info@directiondesk.com with “return” or “exchange” in the subject line.
- In the body of email be sure to include the following information:
- Order confirmation #
- What issues you are having
- Your contact information
- A company representative will contact you within 72 hours.
The Terms:
- We do not accept any returns or exchanges 30 days after the delivery date
- Customers are responsible for the difference in prices with exchanges
- Direction Desk will not reimburse shipping or freight charges
- Direction Desk will not pay for shipping on new merchandise
- Direction Desk will only reimburse the original purchase price
